One of the managers as well was very welcoming and made sure the pool was at the right temperature for my son and I during our swim since it the water was just changed that morning. "Great room I had a early flight so I did not eat breakfast will be back when in town parking is a pay lot but the hotel pays for it just have you car info ready at check in I had rental so I had to go back out to get the information at night little inconvenient but a great place to stay"

"It was an amazing stay. Couldn’t ask for better service from everyone. Jetty done a great job from the time we got there until we left today at 1045. I give her 5 stars. We will definitely be back to the Holiday Inn in Florence Ky. I would recommend this hotel. We went the Aquarium and Ark. We were in between both. There was a lot of places to shop and eat. "
