Mise à part un petit malentendu sur les modalités d'arrivée, le séjour s'est bien passé. La personne chargée de nous recevoir à été très réactive et sympathique. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, propre et bien équipé et au 3 ème étage avec ascenseur. Il donne sur la place du dôme, donc une vue exceptionnelle. Toutes les visites se font à pied les courses aussi et le tramway pour l’aéroport se trouve à 8 minutes à pied sans se presser. Pour mon expérience à moi, qui ai le sommeil léger, j avoue avoir été incommodée par le bruit de l’extérieur. Le centre ville étant victime de son succès, il y a beaucoup de passage jusque tard. Donc si comme moi vous avez besoin de calme pour dormir, je vous conseille de vous éloigner de l hyper centre...

The apartment is old and run down. No maintenance at all. The bed sheets and towels have bad smell. Heater not working in all rooms. During winter it felt cold in the apartment. Air conditioning is not working. Would not recommend

Decepcionante e sem conforto. Preço de hotel

No momento do check in fomos surpreendidos com uma taxa de serviços de 60 euros e mais 32 euros de “taxa de turismo” descobrimos depois que era 3 euros por dia por pessoa e como passamos somente duas noite nos foi cobrado a maior. O apartamento fica em outro lugar, diferente do check in, uns 7 min andando. Chegando lá três andares de escada e um dos quartos bem ruim com a cama nos altos e um banheiro bem simples. O único ponto positivo de fato é a localização que é excelente. Nos mais achei decepcionante e desconfortável.

The location is excellent as it's right by most of the tourist places. The unit condition and size is excellent. There are 3 separate rooms for up to 6 people. The down-side is 60 euro cleaning fee which does not make sense for a 1-night stay

Está muy bien situado a 5 minutos del Duomo y de todas las plazas importantes. El apartamento es bonito y tiene ascensor que para la silla del niño nos venia muy bien pero aun así hay 8 escalerillas después del ascensor

A manager, Chrysti, is very nice. She is very helpful and informative, quick response. Duomo apartment is very convenient but if u have big luggages, u may need to take a taxi (cost eur12-17).

Einzigartig ist die Lage der Unterkunft - direkt im Zentrum! Der Raum zu Straße ist wunderschön mit Deckengewölbe. Die Betten / Matratzen sind sehr bequem, aber auch nicht zu weich. Bitte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, da man natürlich die Geräusche der belebten Fußgängerzone hört. Super auch dass es 2 Badezimmer gab. Die Reinigung der Badezimmer und Küche ist gut. Die Reinigung der Oberflächen, Glastische, Nachttische, Spiegel ist nicht so gut. Die Unterkunft könnte neu gestrichen und vom Mobiliar her aufgewertet werden, Dann wäre alles top.

Hiden fee for cleaning.

Watch out with a HIDEN fee for cleaning of 60 euro. It´s written in small letters at the end of hotel´s information. Its easy for the stabilshment solve it, just incorpore at the price this fee and work fairly with the other hotels. The idea its do have a "lower" price and after to charge more 60 euros. Second, the room is too light, it necessary to install a blackout at the windows. Third, would be very helpfull if there is salt and oil in the apartment in small portions, like the sugar and coffee.

배정받은 숙소는 좋았음 예약화면위 사진에서 숙소를 확인할수 없어서 어떤 방에 배정될지는 알수 없었음 최초 방 배정시 직원이 따라오지 않았고, 문이 고장나서 체크인 후, 방에 들어갈때까지 한시간이 걸림 다음날 여행중간에 문이 고장나서, 직원이 올때까지 또 한시간 기다림. 낮에 호출해서 다행이었으나, 밤시간에 문이 고장나면 직원이 올수 있을까 라는 불안감이 있는 상태에서 여행했음

Happy stay!

This was an amazing experience. An apartment in the heart of Florence. It made activities, food etc. easy to walk too. We cooked dinner a couple of nights too. The Customer service was great, really helpful and really concerned about our family. It was so nice to have space! I would highly recommend Family apartments😄

Não gostei, nos fornecem um mapa da localização e como fosse uma gincana para cobrar no local tem uma taxa de limpeza a qual deveria estar incluída na viagem para melhor escolha da hospedagem já que foi alta em relação ao real ou seja 60 euros.

Ótima!!!

O apartamento é ótimo (Se não me engano, o nome era “la loggia”)...tudo uma graça e utensílios de cozinha nos atendeu muito bem! Localização não poderia ser melhor para nossa família! O ponto negativo são as escadas... com uma criança de 3 anos foi muito cansativo, mas nada de impossível! E uma coisa que nos deixou triste foi a parte da limpeza... pagamos um valor pela limpeza de um dia, até aí tudo bem, mas a pessoa nem aspira o chão, só troca toalhas e arruma a cama. Então seria conveniente que fosse opcional o pagamento.

Die Lage ist optimal weil das Appartement mitten in der Stadt liegt. Da kann es am Abend auf der Straße auch mal laut werden. War uns egal - wir waren zu müde um uns damit aufzuhalten. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Handy App - das ist cool, solange das Handy funktioniert. Ohne Handy kein Zugang.
