Great to get an early check-in, welcoming host and full of information about the history of the building and the area. And lovely room and bathroom. And luggage could be stored there for a while after checkout. Great all round.

Sabina was an excellent host. She did a great tour with us ($). We did not do the in house breakfast due to numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Great steam closet in the bathroom!

The staff was exceptionally dedicated to service. I travelled with family and had accidentally booked the wrong room for one of my family members. The woman at the desk was very understanding and went above and beyond in accommodating a room change. I would very higher recommend this hotel!

The staff was excellent. Everyone that we met was very nice and accommodating. This property is located in the heart of Florence conveniently located next to Piazza Della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and endless gelato. With that comes lots of energy, which is great. But it can be challenging to sleep as there seems to be activity all night long.

What a wonderful surprise . Fabina checked us in was so welcoming . Gave us so much attention and helped show us all the great places of Florence . Our room was very clean. Loved how you can walk to everything .

Great hotel at a great location with lovely staff

Lovely hotel, lovely staff (emphasis on this), great location. Bed a was a little bit hard for us, but the room was overall nice and equipped with everything needed. The breakfast room was right outside our door, which had us wake up earlier than planned (only for one morning however, otherwise it was fine).

This hotel is beautiful and rich with history, clean, well equipped, has wonderful staff and is in a great location, very close to the historic center and near lots of restaurants and shopping. Was very noisy outside our windows though (which were closed) very late into the night/early morning which made for a rough night of sleep.

We loved our stay here . The hotel was clean with old world charm . The staff friendly professional and very helpful . The hotel was very very quiet . The breakfast was ok - very basic but the silence while sitting in dining area gave a ‘church’ feeling - a little atmosphere music would have been lovely.
