The open-plan, non-smoking apartment is spread over two levels.
Lower level consists of a separate space with a double bed, wall hanger and TV. Next you will find the kitchen-living area with fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven, water kettle, American coffee, moka and everything you need. Bathroom with bathtub and bidet, hairdryer, soap-shampoo and towels. The upper level overlooking the kitchen-living area is accessible via a few comfortable stairs, also made up of a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV.
The apartment is new, clean and sunny and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It will be a pleasure to accommodate you and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The district is one of the city's most centrally located. Perfect as a starting point to visit all the major places and monuments of interest in Florence, it is a 2 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica, 5 minutes from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio and nearby being in Full center to all other major tourist attractions in the city.
In the vicinity of the apartment you will find supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a stately building with an ELEVATOR. There is no smoking in the apartment.

Guests will have access to the apartment with their own keys. Privacy Guaranteed.

Parking: In case of arrival by car in agreement with a private garage only 5 minutes from the apartment, the price for a standard car is 26.00 Euro (31.00 Euro for a large car) for 24 hours instead of € 36.00, including entry fee and cancellation of the license plate by the municipal police ZTL system. Booking is not required.

I live in the center of Florence and will be at your disposal for any problems that guests may have inside or outside the apartment. I can reach the apartment in 10-15 minutes.
