Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort

Schrecklicher Empfang, falsches Zimmer, nicht das was ich gebucht habe. Der Vermieter hat gnadenlos nach Gebühren verlangt, indem er die Putzfrau geschickt hat. Er wollte zuerst die Gebühren in bar haben. Auf anfrage nach der rechnung hat er gesagt, dass es dafür keine Rechnung gibt. Einfach wollte er schwarzes Geld kassieren. Anstatt 8 euro musste ich per karte 16 euro. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Rechnung, richtig asozial und unhöfflich. Bitte aufpassen. Die Touristen Gebühren sind in Höhe von 4 Euro pro Tag und Person. KINDER UNTER 12 JAHREN ZAHLEN DIESE GEBÜHREN NICHT. Also richtiger Betrüger!!!
