Boa estadia

Atendeu as minhas necessidades. Penso que a informação sobre a cobrança do estacionamento seria importante. Tive um imprevisto com a questão do chuveiro, e ainda após a manutenção, o mesmo continuou apresentando mesmo problema, pouca água, as vezes fria, não foi suficiente para banho. Sobre a pulseira “oferecida”, essa deveria ser opcional. De restante tudo ok.

Muito ruim! Cobram taxa extra para aceitar Pet e você não pode sair do quarto sem o Pet, nem para ir pra praia ou comer. O Pet tem que sair junto de você todas as vezes sem exceção. Local extremamente barulhento, impossível dormir e descansar a noite. Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, cama velha e a cama que seria de casal são duas camas de solteiro juntas extremamente desconfortável. O ar condicionado existe só de nome, pois é muito antigo e não refresca nem um pouco. Serviço de quarto.. você pede as coisas, eles falam que vão entregar e não entregam. Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém.

Hotel razoável

O hotel era razoável, pensávamos que o quarto era de casal, porém eram duas camas solteiros unidas, então não foi confortável. Além de que, no quarto tinha um porta trancada que dava para o outro quarto ao lado, quando chegaram novos hóspedes dava para ouvir toda movimentação e conversas. Outro ponto, é que o estacionamento não está incluso na reserva, somente soubemos na hora, o que incorreu em custo de 30 reais por dia, a decepção não é pelo valor, e sim por não ficar claro na anúncio antecipadamente. Um ponto positivo, o café da manhã tinha várias opções e bem servido.

Única coisa que não gostei, foi ter que ficar usando a pulseira do hotel durante toda a estadia, não podia tirar pra nada. O uso da pulseira é para controle e segurança, mas acredito que é possível fazer outro modo de controle dos hospedes.

A localização é ótima. O único ruim é que queríamos ficar mais um dia. Mas tivemos que mudar de quarto. O sistema do hotel é péssimo. Faz outra reserva e tem que mudar de quarto. O café é bem básico. A sala de café da manhã parece um refeitório de orfanato.

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal. La limpieza. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de todo, a una cuadra de la playa y con negocios y restaurantes ahí mismo. Si se busca un lugar sin ruidos de la calle no es el indicado, se soluciona cerrando todas las ventanas y prendiendo el aire, pero está muy bien para quien busca la practicidad de todo cerca. Las camas un poquito duras, pero bastante bien. El desayuno es suficiente, lo mejor es la fruta. En general muy bien en relación a calidad precio.

O pior hotel que ja fiquei na vida. O atendimento ( fora da camareira e das meninas do cafe da manha) foi Apavorante. O recepcionista jhuan e um outro que ficou na madrugada do dia 02/01 para 03/01 foram absolutamente o oposto de qualquer atendimento ruim que ja tive. Cheguei no hotel (onde tinha deixado minhas malas) as 3 da manha e pedi pra esperar o onibus na recepção ate as 06 da manha e o recepcionista disse que nao podia, pois era como una nova diaria. Ou seja: apos passar 3 dias hospedado no hotel, eu nao poderia ficar 3 horas na recepcao? Na madrugada? Foi hunilhante e grotesco.
