Is kind of a small village with several apartments around and in between the buildings is like an open park full of trees and other nice things.

The area inside gas a lot of options for relaxing or even getting in the pool on a cold day! We even saw some monkeys eating out of the trees. It was a fun experience

I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! The hotel was always clean and beautiful, exotic trees, little monkeys and many birds, a paradise!!! I will definitely come back!!! The hotel is near Campeche beach and you can find many stores nearby, the area has everything, pharmacies, clothing store and restaurants!!!

Lugar bem aplasível muito bem arborizado. Próximo ao acesso à praia - 10 min. Café da manhã excelente qualidade, muitas frutas, e comidinhas gostosas bem diversificadas tais como couscous marroquino, coalhada seca, babagamuche entre outras delicias. Muito bom!

Infra-estrutura boa, quartos sem manutenção

O hotel é lindo externamente, tem piscina, salas de jogos,etc... , restaurante que oferece almoço, mas não janta, o que mais faz falta. O que deixa a desejar são os quartos, não tem ducha higiênica, falta manutenção, janelas que não abrem ou não fecham bem, algum cheiro de mofo, precisa de melhor faxina pelo menos uma vez por semana e pintura, tinha muitas formigas no quarto e banheiro, reparos em geral. A localização é boa , próximo de restaurantes , lojas e da praia.

Razoável. Hotel muito cheio, e não estavam preparados para tal situação. Meus filhos e eu, ficamos sem um bom café da manhã, e não fizeram a reposição necessária para a quantidade de pessoas. Então, nós servimos com o que tinha disponível, que não era tanto assim.
