My stay at Ibis was a great choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the Friday night pasta dinner amazing. The hotel is well located and surrounded by good restaurants, market, and pharmacy, easy to move around in the city. There’s no gym, the room is small but clean and sufficient for a short stay. I recommend it for business trips and probably will get back.

Hotel em boas condições, equipe da recepção e do café da manhã muito cordiais e animados, destacando a pessoa do Jorge (nota 10). O quarto com os lençóis e toalhas duvidosas, além da falta de locais para pendurar roupas causaram incômodo. O café é um variado razoável e o estacionamento uma facada.

Foi o melhor IBIS que já fiquei, atendimento incrível são muito flexíveis caso precisar de algo são solícitos, NÃO ACHEI NENHUM FUNCIONÁRIO QUE SEJA MAU EDUCADO TODOS SÃO INCRIVELMENTE EDUCADOS E SIMPÁTICOS , preço maravilhoso pela experiência não me incomodei com nadinha . Os ibis de Criciúma e tubarao deveriam ter uma aula com eles haha

O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, no banho o banheiro alagou e até parte do quarto, inclusive molhando pertences. Demoraram para resolver. Passaram pano no chão do banheiro e parte do quarto, mas o mesmo permaneceu úmido e sujo, inclusive com as marcas do calçado da pessoa da manutenção. Ao fazer o check-out, o atendente informou que soube do ocorrido, que aconteceu o mesmo no quarto do andar de baixo, e que “são coisas que podem acontecer”… lamentável!
