Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room).

Very basic and in need of maintenance

Let’s start with the good things: the staff is nice, quite helpful, and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel is very dysfunctional: From very small doors in the hallway to micro sized elevators, it seems that no one thought about the fact that people bring luggage when they are traveling. The rooms are very basic, dated, and in clear need of maintenance. Wifi is incredibly slow. The showers take forever to heat up the water, resulting in a lot of water waste. For that price tag, you can get way better options in the city.

The hotel and staff were both amazing! Lucia especially was very helpful with my checkout. Incredible complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms, fluffy pillows and quiet. Also right next to tons of food options at Rita Marias. The ONLY place to stay downtown. Will be going back soon!

Avaliação Nota 10 – Intercity Premium Florianópolis Hospedagem impecável de 22 a 26 de julho para celebrar o aniversário da Luciane no dia 23 com muita saúde, felicidade e bênçãos! Segunda vez que nos hospedamos no hotel — a primeira foi no Ano Novo — e a experiência foi maravilhosa. Ficamos no apartamento de luxo com vista para a baía, a rodoviária e a icônica Ponte Hercílio Luz. Fomos recebidos com um cartão de boas-vindas ilustrado e um mimo delicioso: morangos com chocolate e docinhos artesanais decorados. Quarto extremamente confortável, com travesseiros maravilhosos, cama excelente, limpeza impecável da camareira e mimos como água, chás e roupões de cortesia para uso durante a estadia. O café da manhã é espetacular, coroado pela cordialidade de toda a equipe, desde a recepção, passando pelo serviço de manobrista, até os profissionais do restaurante. A localização é excelente, pertinho da rodoviária e do Armazém Rita Maria (com ótimas opções de refeições, pizzas e música ao vivo a pé), além da Beira-Mar Norte. Aproveitamos também a academia e a estrutura de lavanderia. Adoramos Florianópolis e fomos muito bem acolhidos por pessoas maravilhosas.
