I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful. On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room.

Erraram meu quarto, televisão pequena e antiga, nem smart era. Água do chuveiro era fria ou quente, não tinha meio termo. A funcionária de limpeza entrou no meu quarto enquanto eu estava fora do hotel. Não quiseram trocar o quarto quando solicitei. No café da manhã tinha comida do dia anterior. só mudaram porque tinha pessoas de terno. E não, não foi coincidência. Eles adoram economizar. Eu não voltaria, e boa sorte para quem tiver interesse.

A localização é boa! Tem no entorno comércio que dar suporte a qualquer necessidade rápida! É um prédio em boas condições, quartos com camas confortáveis, mas a pintura está um pouco gasta, nada que comprometa! O banheiro caberia uma reforma e para dias frios, a água da pia é gelada!! O café da manhã é bem básico!!
