Enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a bit older, sure, but it is full of character. The staff is super friendly and kind. The rooms are large and clean and the location could not be better. Just across the street from Praia Mole, one of the best beaches in Floripa. They were super welcoming to our dog and even brought her dishes to use. The breakfast is decent and won’t break the bank. The restaurant food is simple, but tasty, and not overpriced. I don’t understand why some people complain about this hotel. If you are expecting a four or five-star experience, you might be disappointed. But if you want a genuine Brazilian beach experience, this is a great choice. I’d definitely come back! Without a doubt.

Acomodação e atendimento muito bons!

O hotel superou minhas expectativas. A decoração é autêntica e aconchegante, os quartos são grandes e limpos. O hotel em si é enorme e tem até acesso para a lagoa (essa parte me surpreendeu, é linda). O atendimento foi muito bom, me senti acolhida. Eles estão fazendo alguns reparos, logo ficará ainda melhor. Só tenho dois pontos negativos para destacar (como crítica construtiva): 1) a internet estava bem ruim, praticamente não funcionava. Conversei com outros hospedes e eles estavam se queixando da mesma coisa. É algo simples de resolver; 2) fiquei em quarto no térreo, logo na frente do hotel, com uma sacada. Na minha saída, descobri que a porta da sacada ficava aberta e não tinha chave para trancar. Isso é MUITO perigoso, tanto para o período em que estive dormindo (sozinha) no quarto, quanto para o período em que o quarto ficou com meus pertences. São somente esses detalhes que me incomodaram, mas fora isso, foi tudo muito bom! Pretendo retornar!

Nós amamos muitoooo! A localização é perfeita, só atravessar a rua e já está na praia. Atrás da propriedade você chega na lagoa, uma paisagem pra contemplar. Tem uma “casinha velha” onde serve o café da manhã que é como se você voltasse no tempo dos seus avós. Café da manhã delicioso e atendimento maravilhoso. O quarto do hotel muito confortável, bonito, cama confortável. Atendimento do hotel sem palavras, nos sentimos em casa. A piscina aquecida é realmente aquecida. Vamos voltar em agosto eu acho.

Excelente hotel de frente para o mar. O local mais que espetacular. Próximo da via gastronômica da Lagoa e da trilha do Gravatá. Hotel num clima super surf. Excelente para quem gosta de praia!

Péssima Estadia, Horrível!

Estadia Pessima! No primeiro dia eram 13 quartos para um Banheiro Masculino, Pequeno, Sujo, tonha uma Cueca Suja, pendurada no local onde se voloca a Tolha, nao tinha Papel Higienico no Banheiro.O Banheiro ficava no andar de Baixo, sem elevador.Quanfo cheguei nao tinham toalhas ,nem sabonete no quarto, tudo isso Reclamei para a Gerente e a Governanta, nem Desculpas pediram ! Dois Funcionáriosmuito Prepotentes e Arrogantes, Abel ( segundo informações, é Chefe da Recepção, Responsável pelas Reservas, Subgerente, ainda trabalha no Restaurante) ,e Carol. Recepcionista, tudo indica que estao Convictos da Impunidade.O Melhor Funcionário é o Recepçionista da Noite, na Experiência, é bem possivel de nao seja Aprovado ,pois , nao Aceita Coisas erradas
