O atendimento no check in e check on é muito bom. Contudo o atendimento do restaurante no quarto deixou a desejar. O atendente tende a discutir a dar ordens a você. A iluminação do quarto deixa a desejar, mas a noite são vários stand by acessou que atrapalha o sono. Já fiquei neste hotel três vezes mas esta última foi a pior. O cartão de acesso ao quarto desmagnetiza diariamente.

Foi terrível. O hotel está em péssimas condições. Nem parece que pertence a rede slavieiro. Roupas de cama surradas, um cheiro de mofo insuportável no quarto. Não está em condições de cobrar uma diária de r$ 750,00. Mas, o mais sério mesmo são as condições do quarto: cheio de infiltrações, ar condicionado velho e barulhento, tv velha, roupas de cama surradas, camas e travesseiros cheirando à mofo.

O hotel encibtra se com muitas infiltrações, o que gera um cheiro de mofo nos quartos. O quarto é muito apertado p três camas. O banheiro é limpo e grande.

Barulho dos motores do ar condicionado de fora do quarto atrapalhou muito as noites de sono. Pedi para alterar por duas vezes e a solicitação não havia sido feita pelo atendente. Fiquei em um quarta para pcd e ao terminar o banho o banheiro estava todo molhado. Pedi para estender alguns minutos a estadia por conta de um compromisso e também não foi flexibilizado. Localização ótima para quem quer correr um fazer uma caminha, além de ser pertinho da ponte. Custo-benefício ruim!

O hotel precisa urgentemente de uma remodelação, contudo isso não seria um problema. O que não gostei foi o cheiro de mofo forte em meu quarto, 412, e o ar condicionado que não funcionava. O café da manha é bom.
