Fiquei hospedada por seis dias no Hostel, custo benefício vale o valor pago. Fica bem localizado. Fiquei no quarto misto número 6, as camas fazem muito barulho, a roupa de cama e banho é trocada a cada três dias. Os banheiros para banho são apertados. O Hostel não oferece acessibilidade na estrutura. 6/10 Limpeza; 7/10 Café da manhã; 10/10 Cozinha; 3/10 cama; 4/10 sala de banho; Sugestão: cortinas nas camas, por mais que haja regra para horário de silêncio e luz, as pessoas não respeitam.

OVERBOOKING E DESORGANIZACAO

Cheguei de madrugada e fiquei sem quarto, pois passaram o meu suite single p/ outra pessoa e me colocaram em um compartilhado. Nao aceitei e saí em busca de um hotel tradicional pra náo ter mais problemas. Estou aguardando o estorno do valor pago integralmente, mas até agora nenhum contato; liguei pro Hoteis.com mas nem este conseguiu contactar o hostel. OBS.: No contato por celular feito lá no balcáo no momento do checkin, o proprietário afirmou categoricamente que náo possuía cadastro no Hoteis.com (como náo?). Enfim, percebam a desorganização total.
