"No closet nowhere to put your clothes was really messed up and they said the dog ain't going to Beach to go down tomorrow and let her dogs all over me"

"Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything going on next door. And at night the whole places smelled like weed."

"Poolside seating was fine! Unfortunately I had to have my room sprayed for roaches. I had both a cockroach and and a huge palmetto bug in my bathroom. I will be asking for a partial refund on Monday! I love the proximity to the beach. There was no place hang clothes. It looked like it had been painted recently but the finishing touches weren’t there. I’m sorry but would Not recommend staying there! It also had a dry drain/ sewer smell outside my room."

"There was a mix up to my reservation and I spoke with someone on the phone to confirm our reservation and asked if we needed a room with the kitchen. I said yes that be great. When we got there we didn't have my two rooms side by side it a was a family vacation to celebrate my birthday. The front desk person was rude and I didn't enjoy that experience. I have booked with the sandpiper before and it was a better experience back then"

"This is the farthest thing from a resort. No amenities other than a dirty pool. This property is falling apart. “Housekeeping” leaves towels in your room.. no beds are made - nothing is cleaned or wiped down. I wore shoes in the shower because it was so dirty. There were cockroaches in the lobby and spiders in the room. Zero beach amenities - those have to be rented for $50-100 a day.. no snorkeling/water activities on site.. the charge you $131 resort fee - $15/day for parking - and $250 deposit for no smoking.. it’s a joke."
