"Good hotel. Basic. Charley at the front desk was very helpful, welcoming and polite. Breakfast was good. Fresh. Good service. Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful. Our room view was amazing. The room itself while was clean but needed some updating. New furniture and mattress would help. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel. Right in the heart of the wharf "

"Kind of old school decor but comfy The air conditioning works great!!! You can make it as cold as you want. Really nice pool. It’s big and you can food and beverage service poolside. I would definitely come back here. "

"Amazing friendly people. The hotel is modern and clean. My only critique would be that there is an emphasis on keeping the front area and grounds tended to more frequently. There was some trash around the parking area that hadn’t been picked up during my 3 days. Also there are weeds now growing through the pavement in the front entrance. The lobby going in had not been vacuumed and there was small tile pieces piled in the corner. The blue chairs in the bar area are very lovely but some are ripping at the seams and very visible. I also smelled marajuana in not only the public bathroom next to the bar but also several times walking through the halls. I see that there is a slippery slope with the quality of the hotel. These are small issues that did not affect my stay but were noticed and are simple fixes that will keep visitors returning. I fear that if these simple items are overlooked then there will be continued decline which would be a shame. It truly is a wonderful hotel and I will happily return and tell others to stay until there is a reason not to. I hope management reads my words and integrates them with seriousness and as an opportunity to shine. "
