"Empty toilet roll in holder but apart from that everything was good and clean. Nice room with plenty of space. Aircon was not working it would not turn on. Safe in room is a nice touch, but sadly no fridge. Shame really as the room deserves one. Nice quality black out curtains. Staff are excellent! Overall for the price i paid it was well worth the money. I have stayed many times and will be back soon. "

"Booked 3rd bed had brown stain on mattress cover . Booked breakfast but discovered only one voucher for myself and two children. Minimal information given as to how to use voucher ."

"Whole hotel was run down for one night at side of A1 done the job. Free parking a bonus plug sockets in room limited to one. Shower was out of the dark ages let's just say there was an aroma drifting down upstairs corridor. Breakfast was cereal and toast fresh orange and cup a tea literally basically basic breakfast no toilet in the bar area or anywhere had to go back to room upstairs would not stay again as hotel is way to old furniture stained and torn and the mattress was uncomfortable "

"Excellent location, walkable to everything in St.Ives. Room was well appointed and had everything we needed. Had a great breakfast. We would stay here again without hesitation."
