Welcome to 3 Little Pirates! Escape the ordinary and awaken to the rhythm of the waves at this oceanfront side-by-side Folly Beach duplex. The 2nd level open-concept living room and kitchen area showcases expansive ocean views through the large beach side windows. Direct beach access from the property leads down into sun kissed beach days and unforgettable beach memories with your loved ones!
This spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests. The plush living room furnishings and abundance of natural light creates an inviting space for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from fresh seafood to classic beachside fare. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a kitchen novice, you'll love the convenience and functionality of this space.
Each bedroom is adorned with a comfortable queen-sized bed and high-quality linens, promising a restful night's sleep. Three bedrooms have ocean views and one of these three bedrooms is accessed through an adjacent bedroom; ideal for a child's room or quiet home office. The Bonus room is streetside and has a Queen Bed. All bedrooms have easy access to the full bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and walk-in shower, as well as the half bathroom with only a walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 is located on the 2nd floor with a toilet and a tub.
But the true magic of this duplex lies just beyond the living room French doors. Step out onto your private deck and soak in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the sunrise, listen to the soothing rhythm of the waves, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. The direct beach access will allow you to walk out the back door and onto the warm sand with ease.
Drive or ride your bicycles into the downtown area of Folly Beach, about 2 miles away. Here you will find our local restaurants, beach shops, rent a kayak or paddle board, catch a fishing or dolphin tour, or take a stroll down the Folly Beach Fishing Pier, the 2nd longest fishing pier on the East Coast. Want more history and a night out on the town? Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston, SC to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer!
There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles must find off-street parking where available and follow the City of Folly Beach rules. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.
Amenities include full size washing machine (in 1/2 bathroom) and dryer (in hallway), modern kitchen appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free WIFI, $250 VayK Life beach gear credit, keyless entry, linens, towel sets, and TVs. A starter amenity kit for bathrooms and kitchen are provided that guests replenish as they need.
* $4,500 per month from December - February. Additional taxes and fees not included and calculated upon booking. Must contact us to book at this special rate. Any of our local staff will gladly assist you!
Unit A of this duplex can also be rented through our program. The home only shares a middle wall, splitting the duplex. All entrances, living areas, and outside areas are private for your use. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
