About this property

Stunning Marsh & Ocean Views... Freshly renovated in 2023!

  • Our Santorini cottage has sweeping views of the marsh and Folly River with peeks of the ocean just across the street. Fully remodeled and newly offered as a vacation rental, Santorini Cottage features a new gourmet kitchen, spacious ceramic tile bathrooms, two large covered porches facing ocean and marsh, a large outdoor shower overlooking the marsh, and three comfortable bedrooms each complete with smart televisions, luxury linens, dreamcloud matresses and ceiling fans.

    Located on the quiet east end of the island, we are just a short walk to the Morris Island light house and directly across the street from the beach. Sunset views from the rear deck are some of the best anywhere on the island !! As this home is located directly next door to our primary residence, parties involving guests not already sleeping in the home are not allowed.

We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and functional and the view of the marsh off the back porch was stunning! The house is very close to the beach access and at the end of the block is a park that leads to a lighthouse! The owners next door were super kind and we’d definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Time on Folly with Friends

We loved our stay here! The marsh views are stunning and the front and back porches are perfect for relaxing any time of day. The house is decorated to perfection and the large kitchen with the faboulous island for gathering around was great. This was our friends first stay on Folly and I think they might be hooked...

We really enjoyed our stay! You are located on nice quiet street within walking distance of washout beach. I loved being able to watch the sunrise as I walked along the beach. The sunsets were equally impressive sitting out on the back deck. The home was very welcoming and the beds were comfy! I'd definitely recommend staying here.
