We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect—on the beach and convenient to everything on Center Street. The house itself was very clean and clearly well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable.It’s also extremely well-equipped, especially for larger groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. The layout worked great for both relaxing and socializing.Having a golf cart already at the property to rent was a plus. Kate was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—clean, spacious, and in a great location. We would definitely go back !

This was a great place to stay. We loved it. Great view and easy access to the beach. Not too far from Charleston. Far enough away from the main drag, but not too far. We had a great time.

Perfect Yoga Retreat

I’ve rented many houses on Folly for my yoga retreats and this was by far my favorite. The location is perfect, we surfed everyday right front our beach, it is close to the downtown area and quiet. We can’t wait to return again.

Great Folly Beach Getaway

Great home right on Folly Beach and just a 3 block easy walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. Plenty of bedrooms for everybody and a large kitchen and family room for entertaining and family activities. And, of course, the beach is right out the back door. Highly recommend this home for your beach vacation

Our favorite beach house

This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful house. Love the location, the porches and the roof top deck has fantastic views. Perfect set up with each bedrooms/bathroom, and large kitchen, two fridges and dishwashers. Will be booking again for next summer.

Superb home for comfort, location and views!

We had a Thanksgiving gathering with 3 generations of family. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! There were comfortable gathering areas on all levels and perfect tv viewing for all the football games. Gorgeous views on all levels and perfect central location for restaurants and shops!

Needed vaca

Our family has been having some difficult times and we headed to Folly to relax and refresh. We were so happy with our stay with room to spare and the ocean right outside us. We just loved this house and we hope to return!

Spring Break Family Vacation!

This beach house has just about everything you could want. It had plenty of space for our whole family; and each room was spacious with comfy beds. The decks and rooftop were added bonuses. The private beach access was awesome, the kids had an amazing time. The kitchen is huge with two frigates to store all your food and drinks.We will definitely be making this an annual trip!

I booked this beautiful home on the beach for my sons wedding in Charleston. It was very specious and the view of the ocean is incredible! Our host went above and beyond for us!!!!! We can’t wait to come back .

Perfect house and location

We had an amazing Spring Break in this beautiful and well appointed house! The location is absolutely perfect! Walk right out to the beach and easy walk to restaurants and shops! Gorgeous ocean views from many rooms! Communication with the owner was absolutely perfect! She was so accommodating and the hospitality was much appreciated! We will definitely be returning!

GREAT Beach House!

We loved the house and location! The house was enjoyed by all - ages 4 to 80. There are some great communal spaces to enjoy eating and socializing together. The house has 3 great decks and beach is only a few steps away. Beach in this area is amazing, especially with replenishment work that was done earlier this year. It's also short walk to the pier or Burt's grocery store. Highly recommend!

Great house on Folly Beach

The house is beautiful and very well-appointed with glasses, dishes and silverware, two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Plenty of seating for large group at table and in living room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Walking distance to Bert’s, the pier and Center Street. Highly recommended.

Family vacation

We had a blast. This property had plenty of room for my four kids a hunt for each of them to bring a few friends. My best friend also was able to come and spend two days. This was also very close to downtown so everyone could walk down there when they wanted. My kids are all enough to be able to walk by themselves and went down many days to either go to the bars, out for coffee or breakfast in the morning and to go shopping during the day. We had a great time and would stay again.

Summer week in October

Amazing location on the beach— beautiful views—we had a wonderful family week at this house. Lots of space —the decks were great although the middle/ main deck could use another set of furniture for seating. We had lots of appliances and dishes to make meals— loved having the use of 2 refrigerators and separate wine cooler and ice maker. Some of the bathroom spaces are a bit dated and worn but overall a beautiful place that we would return to again! Be sure to bring your own beach chairs and tents though — Perfect beach spot -loved how close we were to the ocean!
