The Space:

Create memories of your Folly Beach trip that will last a lifetime! This vibrant condo is located at the end of the building with the beach just steps away, making it the perfect place to stay if you're longing to dig your toes into the sand. Sit back and relax out on your private, furnished balcony and enjoy the coastal breezes while taking in partial ocean views - you can even see Folly Pier! The master bedroom opens to the balcony and includes an en suite bathroom with a newly installed giant walk-in shower. Not only has the master bathroom been updated but the other bathrooms have received remodels as well! Prepare meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table for six or al fresco on the balcony. Guests of this vacation rental will also have access to two seasonal outdoor pools.



If you prefer to stay on the island, this condo is located right in the heart of Folly Beach where you'll be surrounded by restaurants offering different cuisine. Folly Beach is also the perfect place to indulge in several outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, fishing, beach combing, and boating. Sign up at the local rental shops for surfing or paddle board lessons, or look for companies that offer guided kayak tours or boat tours, including the Charleston Kayak Company and Absolute Reel Screamer Charters. And less than 12 miles away, check out downtown Charleston where you will enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours.

Coordination of check in was not ideal, condition of the Villa had problems:Water leaking from bathroom ceiling fixture causing dampness and mildewed smell.On going construction with the Villa above made for noises during workday. Our efforts resolved the leak from upstairs. But this is only temporary as once they turn on their water; the problem will return.I expect compensation.

Active construction on the condo rented to me

Expected a relaxing work vacation with ocean views. Instead I got constant construction noise from 8a-5p daily. Scaffolding built into the patio. Construction workers sitting on patio railing and storing their beverages on the patio. No view, no relaxation and had to take time off work to relocate after 3 days of construction issues. The condo was nice but should have never been rented while under construction. There was no indication of the construction in the description either. Very poor experience.

Ideal location

Location is great for diverse family whether it be younger kids interested in beach/restaurants or mid-twenties interested in social scene/live music/nightlife. Provided a nice balance for all. Safety and security was great with parking passes, barrier bar in parking lot, and local police presence. Layout of condo was ideal for master bedroom / common area and guest rooms with enough complimenting restrooms/showers. Arrived late one night but communication with mgmt regarding parking pass acquisition was solid. I would definitely stay again at this location. Ideally, when the unexpected construction for all parties on rest of complex is not occurring.

Beautiful view; a lot of disappointment

I entered the door code but the door didn’t open. I contacted the office and they told us how to get the actual key out to physically unlock the door. The door is off so you have to pull the door towards you then turn the knob and push it open. Unless this is explained no one new staying here would know that. There was a concerning part as well , the door code was already displayed on the key code box next to the door. This worried us- if anyone could have put 2 and 2 together which made us a little concerned. The condo was a great size. It’s is long walk from the stairs or elevator to get to the condo. The condo sits on the end corner of the building while the elevator is in the middle. The condo’s owner put little thought into comfortability . The mattresses are comfy but old, you can tell they are about 20 years old. The pillows were cheap flimsy quality (you can tell they are very old) they are rather gross bc of age; yellow- tinged and flat. You have to layer them up for comfort. sheets are like hospital sheets and blankets thin. There’s a washer and dryer but they are stingy with paper towels (they gave us half a paper towel roll for 2.5 days, wash clothes (2 per bed) and drying towels (2 per bed). The WORST was the early morning construction going on across the whole back of building. I wished someone had told me about the construction. I would have choose a different rental bc the price was similar to other rentals. No discount for the noise and construction.

We were very happy with the condo. It was very spacious and very well equipped. I can't think of anything we needed that was not there for our use. My only recommendation would be a grab bar or two inside the master bathroom shower. It was a pretty tall step to get into that shower and nothing at all to hold on to accept the door handle

Great location and nice place to stay at the beach

The apartment was very nice. There were quite a few cockroaches. Traps are not keeping up with them. I know it’s hard to stay ahead of it. The parking was limited to 2 vehicles. Normally that’s more than enough but we drove down with gear to surf. Only found out about the passes and the limitations day of. So that could be clearer.

Wonderful House

We loved this condo!! It was right on the beach. I could have stood in the parking garage and just stared at the ocean--it was breathtaking. The condo was clean, fresh, neatly decorated. Plenty of amenities, beds were comfortable. Will definitely return!

The location of the property to the beach, local restaurants, and shops was perfect! We were steps away from everything and only needed our car when we went into Charleston. Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments with the condo itself, and we will choose a different unit next time. We had problems with the keyless entry pad. It was very inconsistent in whether it worked or not. Sometimes it worked the first time we punched in the code and other times we had to enter it multiple times before it would engage the lock. We actually got completely locked out of the condo one night and had to call the property management. After about 10-15 minutes of trying every code possible and “make sure you are pulling the handle up and out” she finally gave us the code to the lockbox where the actual key is stored outside the door so we could get in. Pro Tip: make sure you always take the key because the code pad is not reliable. Another issue we encountered was the drain in the master bathroom shower. It was partially clogged and shortly after starting a shower we would be standing in water up to our ankles. The bathtub in the shared bathroom had visible rust around the drain as did the kitchen sink. The rugs all looked like they had seen their better days because they were matted and dirty/discolored. The refrigerator had leftover cheese crumbles in it and overall did not look as though it had been cleaned after everything was removed.

Overall a good experience, I couple things to improve on. The AC in the condo, the size of the pool and pool area, and our master shower did not drain well at all.

This was terrible, please read my summary

We got locked out of our unit for over an hour with 7 of my family members on the first night of our stay. Vacasa did not get us in and could not get us in. I was with my elderly mom, my nephew who is 3 yrs old. We had to get a ladder, climb up to our first floor unit, to get the door open. We use your company all of the time but may be done without full refund.

excellent location and home

it was exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Beach right there. Great parking. We appreciated the spices left there. Carbon Monoxide detector went off on Saturday night at 10pm. Staff tried to help us get it resolved and then kindly came and disconnected it !

Incredible Views, Accommodations, and Location

This home had a spacious floor plan, incredible views. From the porch you can see Folly Beach, the ocean, the pool, and the pier. Can definitely tell it’s been updated. Bathrooms were great, beds comfy, decor pleasant. The location is so convenient. You’re able to walk to pool, beach, pier, bars, shops, restaurants. You’ll see parking is a premium in Folly, getting 2 spots is huge. Only a 20 minute drive to Charleston. Would 10/10 recommend and go back.
