"A great stopover on our journey through France! The hotel was conveniently located to visit the medieval city and accessible from main roads in and out of Carcassonne. It was clean and modern with really helpful, friendly staff. The pool was a real bonus on a very hot day and we loved the grapevines lining the path into reception! Not seen that before! Our room was clean and comfortable with air con."

"J’ai réservé à 21h00 lors d une pause 2 chambres pour ma famille, afin de faire une pause sur la route des vacances. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater qu’à 1h du matin l’hôtel était fermé. "The hotel has a great view of the castle and the roof top bar is definitely a bonus. The room was clean and have everything we needed however the toilet was in what can only be described as a cupboard with no space at all. The decor was too dark so much so that we couldn’t find the light switches! The carpet was black and when we dropped a black hair brush on the floor it took us 10 Minutes to find it!"

"We loved our stay here. The veranda and back garden were a welcome escape after a day spent exploring. The front desk was very helpful when our train was cancelled. Location is next to the castle entrance. Easy walk into the new town as well."

"Hotel impeccable. Chambre très propre, personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner complet."
