"The host Deb was very responsive and helpful with check-in. The house was clean when we arrived. There were also fresh baked cookies for us. We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in for changing prior to our event, the host was very accommodating. ***One thing for the host to check out is a possible clogged plumbing vent as there is noise in the kitchen sink after flushing the downstairs toilet."

"The hostess Margaret is very friendly and quick to answer questions. The house may not be large, but is very homey and is laid out to feel like you have good amount of area. 4 average sized adults found it comfortable. (The bathroom is compact, so would not recommend if you are an extremely overweight person.) The backyard and front porch/deck are laid out for outdoor socializing. Stocked with everything you need. All furnishings and appliances are clean, functioning and modern. Whoever decorated the house has a talent for it. I would stay there again. The only improvement needed is the front door locking mechanism."

"This is an older place to stay that the owners and managers are obviously putting care and attention into. Sheets were clean, carpet was clean. Rooms are dated but again clean and painted. If you need a decent bed and shower check this place out. No frills-low cost- and clean. "

"We had a great stay! The house has been beautifully remodeled and was very clean. Great communication with the hosts. One thing to keep in mind for future guests is two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the staircase to that floor is rather steep. It wasn't an issue as our kids slept up there and my husband and I in our 40's went up multiple times with no issues, just something to keep in mind depending on the age and mobility of the guests in your party. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!"
