"Friendly staff. I did note in other reviews damp sheets and humid room. I also experienced damp sheets and condensation on windows. They should install a dehumidifier. Other than that; the room was quiet, clean, free of smell and bugs. I never had a disappointing stay at a Hilton. This was off brand and I hope they fix the issue."

"Great location for a KU visit! Main lobby was musty smelling but it passed fast. Ext windows needed a clean, but we still had a great view. All and all it was good! Bar hours and staff friendly!"

"Great place, quiet location, so many great things at this hotel. Wish they offered or had a bar as advertised on the board as you walk in. Nice as an adult to have a beverage in evening or as an option without traveling out of the general area."

"Upscale chain. Just off I-70, but not walkable to anywhere. Very nice room with comfortable sitting area and a kitchenette (sink in addition to mini-fridge and microwave). Bathroom vanity outside the small bathroom (only toilet & tub) may not appeal to everyone. Very comfortable beds. Quieter than average AC/heat blower. Dog owners beware that they now charge a $100 fee for one night. (We were traveling with a service dog, but we received an auto-message about the new fees for pets.) The open space next door is perfect for dog walks."

"Great place. It's not near anything but its a great value. I would definitely come back if ai am traveling through the area. Only quibble- the atav was probably the smallest I've seen in some time. I didn't check but it might have been a 32 or 36 inch LED. Yea, I'm spoiled. Lol."
