"Loved this place, we actually arrived at 10, and they let us check in. Plus, when we checked out, our flight was at 4, but they let us store our luggage in one of their storage and we to Disney Springs for last minute shopping. Loved being here and will come back again."

"É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. Na primeira entregou tudo e mais um pouco! Porém, dessa vez, teve um dia que não arrumou o quarto, não tive direito ao café da manhã, sendo que no anúncio estava escrito que tinha está opção. Não tinha atendimento em português, onde no próprio anúncio mencionava que haveria este diferencial. No mais, o hotel é excelente, próximo de tudo! Academia é muito boa. A ducha que deixou a desejar."

"If you are going to Universal this is a great spot to be. We booked this hotel due to it being so close we could walk. But when checking in, they let us know there was a shuttle to take you to and from the parks. They also have car rental here. If i would have known I would've gotten it here instead of the airport. The pool was great. There was a big jacuzzi, kiddie pool, and a splash pad. Pool bar was closed so I had to go inside to the restaurant. There were lots of food options and I even ordered breakfast to be delivered to the room. My ONLY complaint I had was our bathroom was not great. Toilet made a loud noise when you flushed. Shower also started to fill up. I would stay here again"

"The property could use better upgrades and some TLC, theres a lot of noticeable wear and tear at the water park and locker rooms. My room had a very strong smell either mold or mildew from the AC. The room and property is clean and staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is great and the arcade is fun for the kids."
