The conditions were bad, and that's ok. Because the door lock worked when I needed it most. This room kept me from being attacked in my sleep. Better than the street for sure. "

"Nice hotel for the value. Only issue was hotel was paid for in full thru Expedia and upon check out was charged again for the room. When calling hotel spoke to Vanessa who was no help and told me to call Expedia. After half hour chatting with Expedia they spoke to Vanessa who On the next business day process the refund. With the exception of being hung up on by Vanessa everything else was fine."
