"Unfortunately when booking this property through Expedia we were unaware that Expedia would be unable to assist if there was any issues. Which sadly there was due to poor management, poor housekeeping planning and poor communication. The property itself is lovely and as our final stay after a tour of Scotland ( all booked via Expedia) for our wedding anniversary.
