"Sarasota and Villa Rosa did not disappoint. Villa Rosa was clean and the host amazing. We enjoyed a relaxing pool day then walked to the Bay area for good drinks and food. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay stress free which is exactly what we needed. We hope we get to go back again next year for a longer stay and check out more of the city."

"The pineapple house lived up to our expectations . A five star vacation. Christine was a text away for any questions. The home is well kept, kitchen has lots of spices and extra amenities in the cupboards. The oool,hot tub, and backyard made the vacation as we spent most of our time outside. Our dog had plenty of space to get her exercise. Close to everything with a car.We would love to come back another time. "

"Our weeklong stay with an extended family group of 11 was absolutely perfect! Each couple had their own space complete with bedroom and bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The bed linens are top notch and everything was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked to do any type of cooking and the outdoor kitchen made it super fun to enjoy snacks by the pool. The pool area itself is amazing. Loved being able to control the temperature of the hot tub and the fire pit in the middle is an incredible feature. The property manager is the best and was in contact with us during the week whenever we had a question. Bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels in the kitchen which was super helpful. The washer dryer area was also stocked with washer pods and dryer sheets which was great to keep up with beach towels etc. For anyone looking for a high end rental with ALL the amenities and luxury, this is your place. I am a VRBO host as well and I can honestly tell you this place is worth it in every way. Thanks for an amazing stay! We love Sarasota and the proximity to Siesta Key and Lido Key!!"

"Breakfast was amazing. The staff working on them Breakfasts bar was awesome. Front desk was amazing. Maintenance was amazing. We had an issue with our air-conditioning unit went out that same day they fixed it. We just didn’t have any towels in our room. That was the only bad thing about it. But we make mistakes when we’re in that field."

"We had a lovely stay at The King Edward! From the beautiful pool to the comfy beds we were very pleased with this home. We enjoyed the proximity to Arlington Park and made frequent trips to Siesta Key Beach. I can highly recommend!"
