"L’établissement héberge présentement une partie de la communauté dans le besoin. Il y a donc beaucoup de monde qui normalement ne serait pas à l’hôtel. Seulement qu’un ascenseur car le second est en réparation, jusque là ça va car j’étais informé quelques jours avant. Cependant, la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. À peine si un peu de chaleur émergeait et ce même si le tout était au maximum.Extrêmement bruyante également donc les nuits sont plus difficile. Si on éteint et bien on gèle car les fenêtres ne sont pas très isolées. Le Wi-Fi ne se rend pas dans la chambre. Le signal arrêtait 2 pieds après la porte bref, un séjour ordinaire."

"The hotel experience unfortunately, did not match the reviews I saw. The hotel hasn't been updated for a long time and it shows from the furniture to the quality of the features in the room. The room had a broken safe and then we learned that the hotel isn't providing that service any more (seems like a basic service). The AC kept defaulting to a low temp and we were very cold at night. The TV only had streaming services which required our own account details. The front desk staff seemed to know the hotel is not good and didn't bother making it feel any better. Lastly, the location is close to tourist attractions but it's not safe or pleasant to walk in the area so take that into account!"

"Hotel and staff were great! Only disappointment was that their website shows photos of a hot tub which has since been removed so that needs to be updated as we specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. "

"Very limited parking. Had to use a lot about a block away. Also coffee machines in room are not good. If you want a morning coffee you’re told use machine or go to nearby coffee shop. That shop coffee is awful. So if you want to relax in the morning with a coffee this isn’t the place to stay. Otherwise nice location"

"This hotel is an absolute dump. Cochroach filled rooms / rooms outdated and smell horrible. Manager is refusing to refund me for my stay and didn’t seem surprised when we showed them the photos and checked out early. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!!!!"
