"Stayed 4 nights. On the second night, there was loud music and jumping from an event until after midnight, and it was impossible to sleep in our room. When we called the front desk, they said they could not do anything because the event had its own contract. The next day, they apologized, said it was a mistake, waived that night’s charge, and moved us to the 3rd floor. However, that did not make up for losing the next morning’s work due to a headache and lack of sleep. As a 100-year-old hotel, the walls are thin, and noise travels easily. Cleanliness was also below expectations. Overall, stay one night if you want to experience a 100-year-old hotel, but not more than that."

"Great price for the 2 nights and 3 days that we stayed. Ordered room service and it came quickly. Beds were super comfy. Overall cleanliness was 4/5 and staff were super helpful when we left our iPhone in the room for finding it. "
