"The check in process was very slow. I understand it was very busy with a long line up, so staff accordingly. I parked in the attached parkade, and asked at check in if that was ok. She took my license plate number and said they would charge my room for parking, and that everything was fine. She then asked for my email address, and finally got us checked in. The next morning after we left, I didn't get an email receipt, plus we had an $80 parking ticket on the windshield for non registration of the vehicle. I had to phone the hotel service desk ( took a long time to get through), and provide my email address again, because they had written it down wrong. I asked for my room receipt, which they sent, and which clearly showed I had paid for parking. They agreed they would cancel the parking ticket. The stay itself was fine, and the room was clean."
