Love having potage soup directly from the hot drink station and their lobby also offers cold lemon water all day."

"Service was exceptional. Other APA locations ask you to check-in yourself and foreigners tend to struggle in this process. But when we arrived, we were greeted warmly and the front desk staff checked us in quickly. I also wanted to courier (takyubin) my suitcases to a hotel in Osaka, the front desk lady Iwata was extremely friendly and helpful, she confirmed my booking with the hotel in Osaka and that they can receive the packages. Then she completed the way bill for me and leaving a note to her colleague for the next day when I checked out. The whole process was very streamlined. APA hotel rooms are small so you have to be strategic in moving your suitcases. We were able to fit 2 big and 1 carryon under the bed. Beside the small room, all amenities are provided. Location was great, as it was 1 stop east to Hakata where we did most of our transit. The hotel is literally at one of the station exit, but there is no escalator so be prepared to haul the suitcases. It’s not in the downtown core so it’s quiet at night which we appreciated. There is a seven eleven convenience store just across the street. "
