"I love the Langham and will definitely keep coming back, but I was a little sad that it didn’t feel quite as luxurious as it used to. Some areas could use a refresh to bring back that special feeling. The pianist playing in the lobby in the evenings, however, is an absolute gem. He was wonderful and made me want to spend every evening there whenever he was playing. A real highlight of my stay!"
