"Spacious, clean house, good location, quiet for families. They have received us well, they have provided us with everything at all times."

"The Villa was basic but clean, did the job and we had a really lovely week. The pool and outdoor seating area were great and where we spent most of the time. The walk to the beach isn't too far but is down a lot (130!) of very steep steps which won't be good for anyone with mobility issues. It's 2 mins walk from Club Menorca which was a stunning place to drink/eat. Bit surprised I booked via vrbo and then was contacted by Agni Travel and then Sun Villas but all were very responsive and helpful...

"Overall very happy with villa, had everything we needed ,pool was great shops about 5 minute drive. Definitely recommend, only downside was the mosquitoes but thats Spain . Nothing wrong at all with villa or hosts . Would go again ."

"The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. The house has two stories and also a bedroom & shower on the main floor, with was used by one family member who preferred to not use the stairs. We had a great time...

"We had a great stay. Staff was efficient and professional only by WhatsApp however. We never had person to person contact. We loved the authentic finca home. The view was amazing and the pool was a great relief from the heat. We just had one deception in that we were not aware that two of the bedrooms had no windows to the outside - just a window onto the dining room and the other the living room and another bedroom was a walk through to another … Air conditioning would be a great plus for the...

"We have spent 9 nights in the villa with swimming pool with my husband and we appreciated a lot the calm of the residence, the cleanless of the location and all the equipment for cooking etc... The bed was very good, the garden was nice with the swimming pool and we didn't see too much the neighbours because the houses are well placed one between the other. As we were in end of april, the residence was very calm. We don't know how it looks like during "hot" season (july/august) It is mandatory...

"Terrific house in a very beautiful location well situated to explore the rest of the island. After day tripping come home to a quiet & peaceful spot with little village within easy reach. Perfect spot."

"We enjoyed the holiday, but the villa needs a little updating especially the bathroom. 15 minute walk to bars and restaurants was a bit optimistic, just one bar within that range. One plug socket in kitchen area to serve toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. Plus side, the local management team were very helpful and pleasant."

"Fabulous villa in a lovely quiet location with convenient parking. Totally private and not overlooked with a beautiful view across the water. A couple of issues while we stayed such as the dishwasher/fridge breaking down but communication was excellent via whatsapp and contractors arrived same day to sort the issues. The pool is quite deep at approx 170cm with no shallow end, no issue for my family but may be something to be aware of with small children. Loved that both bathroom and generously...
