"Our first room was horrendously hot and we didn't sleep the first time , but we mentioned it to reception staff and they kindly moved us , which made the remainder of our stay so much better . If we couldn't move, we would have left and found another hotel. The staff are lovely and made us feel very welcome."

"The hotel was a bit outdated and the room we had was certainly not as clean or nice as the pictures online made it look. The walls were badly scuffed and scratched and there was really no art. Nothing eventful happened during our stay. We had a breakfast that was included in the cost but overall the price we paid for one night (over $230) was outrageous in my opinion."
