The bed was very comfortable, room overall and breakfast were also great!

I was very grateful for extra helpful staff printing me off useful information, providing guidance to local sights and the delicious food.

We were greeted at the door by Liz (the owner along with her partner Lee) and immediately felt very welcomed. She gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance and it turned out to be a lovely suggestion. The home is well kept! At breakfast the next morning (which was quite tasty) we chatted with Lee and he gave us helpful perspectives on the area around us. We would have loved to have spent more than just one night!

Located at the end of a quiet (but well sign-posted) lane, about a 3-minute drive off the B9102 and 2 minutes away from the Cardhu distillery, this country house turned B & B is flanked by farmland, a quiet tucked-away church, and views of whiskey country galore. The host, David, welcomes his arriving guests with charm and enthusiasm that belies the efforts it must to run such a well-ordered, comfortable home away from home. Gorgeous building, friendly staff, great value.

Somewhat older but well maintained

So far our favorite hotel on this trip. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Great options for dinner and breakfast. It’s a smaller hotel so it felt more intimate, but was still quiet. Would definitely recommend.

The staff went out of their way to make everything easy; the location is an easy walk into downtown Elgin and very convenient for tours of the major Speyside distilleries, the Cairngorms and the Moray Firth.

Great place! A bit unusual but once you figure out the checking in great! Hosts were awesome!

After a long day of travel the bar was a welcome place with excellent small plates for our dinner! The staff was welcoming and helpful

Beautiful convenient location. There was a lil’hiccup when we arrived but the staff were amazing readily to assist - it’s all about the attitude! The food was amazing and variety local selection of draft beer. We were all impress w/ their yummy dishes. We enjoyed our leisurely walks along the beautiful beach.

This is a charming inn. Very quaint with a lovely host, Helen. Breakfast was delicious and be sure to try Helen’s homemade granola!

Absolutely lovely place! Staff was so kind and friendly, Sam, Angela, Chris, and Nick were all just the best. Breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous. I prefer yogurt in the mornings and they were happy to store it and my lactose free creamer in the frig. Highly recommend!!

The hotel was really nice. The included breakfast was a bonus, but i have to say the 2 top things that made this a wonderful experience were the 5 course tasting menu and the gentleman that waited on us every day-Jacob! He is spectacular. He was very helpful, extremely informative, and very charming. He checked us into the hotel, made us drinks and then walked us thru each course of the meal, which surprisingly was one of the best meals i have had in a long time- and i just got back from Paris....

Nice large room and excellent employee service, especially Ellis

Bien ubicado, limpio, con restaurante que si bien no usamos esta bueno tener la opción

The hotel is a wonderful old school hotel with classic wonderful Scottish service. In a word “excellent”!
