"The rooms were all very clean, and the amenities were great. Both the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. If visiting the Highlands or the areas around Inverness, I would highly recommend staying here. The town itself is very beautiful, it is only 5 mins drive to the sea front."

"Wow, the apartment was amazing! The rooms were very clean, no dust in sight. There were 2 dining rooms which were neat, tidy, and smelled lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable with clean bedsheets and mixed with soft pillows. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. All clean and tidy."

"This is a fairly basic one-bedroom apartment well located in Forres Town centre. It is clean and comfortable, with a spacious lounge area. There are only tea bags and coffee on arrival and only hand soap provided so make sure to bring provisions and toiletries. It is good value for what is provided."

"The staff was very accommodating and breakfast was well worth it. The room was clean except for mold in the bottom of the shower which is unfortunate. Nice, quiet area within walking distance of downtown."

"All Good at check-in and during the stay, the only star was lost due to the noisy location - I guess rowdy Saturday night punters outside isn’t in the hotel’s control, but we didn’t have a restful night as we could hear a lot of shenanigans down on street level for quite some time! Otherwise it was a decent stay."

"The check-in process would have went smoother if I had checked my email 😅. As I booked through Expedia, I was expecting to have the instructions on my expedia inbox. So, I had to phone the host for the instructions, which she happily provided in a text. Interesting way of checking in, with a code and a lock box. Although it's nice to be greeted, this way saved a lot of time in waiting. The hotel was clean, the smell when entering the room was clean, fresh. Nice toiletries, plenty tea, coffee etc. Kettle and a small iron and ironing board in the room. Comfy bed, at least I slept well. The only downside, for which I've taken a star is that the room next door was very noisy on the day of the arrival, some ladies/ girls, laughing out loud and could hear them as they were in my room. Every time they used the toilet, I could hear the door, water flushing etc...very loudly. After a full day of travelling, I would have appreciated some peace and quiet. I haven't made the host aware about this, there is a note at the entrance to keep it down and respect the other guests, but I suppose, not everyone is considerate and educated. The hotel is in a quiet area, couldn't hear the outside noise, just from the next door. I stayed in rm 4. At the time they were not serving meals, but there are plenty places where you can eat around, one of them is 5 minutes walk and they have a shop there as well. (On the expensive side). But there are supermarkets and everything if you need anything."

"Absolutely incredibly stay!! The home is so impressive and also warm and welcoming. The gardens around it are stunning. The host was welcoming and responsive and lovely. Better yet, the two big families we had splitting the house had space for complete privacy and separation when wanted. What a magical retreat. I felt immediately calm, and stayed that way. Highly recommended!!"
