"We had a great overall experience at this property. There were a few minor issues when we first arrived, but once we brought them to the host’s attention, Gene addressed everything promptly and efficiently. His responsiveness really stood out. He was quick to communicate, knowledgeable about the property and night life, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.Gene was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of attentiveness made a big difference and turned what could have been a concern into a positive experience.We truly appreciated his professionalism and care, and because of that, we would definitely stay here again. "The hotel was amazing . Staff was excellent . The resturant and bars were great . Breakfast , lunch and dinner were all excellent . If you book a room opt for the breakfast included , definitely worth it . The bars and bartenders were superb , friendly and made great drinks . Location , right on the boardwalk was awesome and convenient . Close to the cruise port. Perfect location if you’re taking a cruise . Private beach across the boardwalk with complimentary chairs and towels . Drink and food services on the beach were perfect . The beach front room with balcony was great with amazing view . "

"This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fine and the location is beautiful, but the service completely ruined our stay. The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders. This means they are constantly leaving long lines of guests waiting just to grab food elsewhere. Calling this service is honestly generous. We repeatedly waited close to 2 hours for meals, and it’s normal to stand in line for 30+ minutes just to get a drink. Today was the final straw. We lined up before 12:00 to order something quick before heading to the airport at 1:00. By 12:15, they hadn’t even started making a single order. There was no realistic chance of being fed before we left — even for something as simple as a hot dog. We spoke with a manager (Colin) on day one after waiting 2 hours for food that never came. He promised to follow up the next day and never did. The staff are clearly overwhelmed — this is a management and staffing failure. Beautiful location, but completely let down by operations that feel dysfunctional."
