"Great property, ideal for 4 people. We also had 2 dogs with us.
The front porch was ideal for wiping feet (human & dogs) before entering the property itself.
The property is modern & well equipped.
Peaceful location with easy walk into Fort Augustus. Will visit again."

"What a beautiful place to stay. A place filled with peace, quiet and beautiful Scottish scenery. Spending the week here with the family was everything we all needed.
We are already looking at coming back!

"We really enjoyed our time in Fort Augustus. Especially the accomodation located directly at the Loch Ness with the view, the stuff and possibilities."

"My sister and I stayed in #10 for a week while we toured various areas in the Highlands. The town is lovely and easy to reach via a short walk. Luis was very helpful in getting us situated in our cottage and showing us the charm of Highland Club. We toured the area by day and enjoyed quiet evenings 'at home" in front of the fire - a peaceful and relaxing visit!"

"We had the most memorable time at the Gruinyards! It is the most beautiful and magical place we have ever stayed. Everything in the flat and on the monastery grounds was perfection. Nothing can beat the view of Loch Ness from the massive windows. It was pure poetry. Thank you, Jonathan!!"

"1st- the grounds and building are gorgeous. Very historic and scenic. The apartment that we had was clean and the kitchen was great however it smelled very musty. We had to buy a bottle of Frebreeze and spray a few times a day. The Boathouse restaurant sucks so we ate out mostly. The stay was overall enjoyable"

"This is a beautiful property with lovely facilities. We stayed out of season, so sadly not all of the local attractions were available, but that was down to the time of year. The owners could not have been more helpful and the apartment was very well furnished with everything we could have needed. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The manager is great really accommodating and very open and polite.Paring is plentifull and the rooms are clean warm and neat. There is a Spar next door that is really good."
"Staff was helpful and communicative. We caught on a closed road, and realized we weren't going to make check in, we looked at our phone to contact them, and they had already reached out before check in closed and made arrangements for us. Took a load off while sitting in traffic.
Breakfast (for a charge) was delicious. Staff and property were great."
"Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good. More choices than most hotels with fresh fruit and gluten free pancakes. I was grateful for those because I was getting tired of a Scottish breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant one night and the food was good. Everyone who was employed there was very friendly and polite. The location is excellent and convenient and there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again. "
"We loved our stay with our 2 children and dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were loads of options for where to eat in walking distance. We parked less than 5 min walk away as there is no specific carpark.
The flat we stayed in was super quiet and clean. We had tea/coffee left in the room. Our dog also enjoyed his stay we didnt require the dog bed available as he tends to shred them but it was a nice option to have."
