Our place is close to everything Fort Collins! New Belgium Brewery is a short walk away - so close you'll smell fresh hops in the morning! Downtown Fort Collins, where all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping are, is also within walking distance! You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared ooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

Wonderful weekend
We loved our stay here. Easy walk to town along Poudre River. Great views from roof. House was very clean. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

So many king-size beds!
Stayed here with some co-workers for a conference. The extra king-size beds (as compared to so many rental properties) was a big bonus! The hot tub wasn't working, so that was a disappointment. Clean unit with lots of space.

We were very comfortable at this property. The location is great! Great communication with the owner. Side Note: There is a ton of silverware in a hidden drawer above the glasses. Keep looking. 5 of us had 3 spoons the entire stay. We found all the silverware on the last day. HA HA. I highly recommend this property!
