Summer Visit to Fort Collins

Great property! Very convenient to Old Town and CSU and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.Troy was a very friendly and helpful host. I would stay here again.

Fantastic rental!

We loved the historic neighborhood! Troy's place was well appointed and exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed walking to the Poudre River trail, City Park and Old Town.

Perfect place to stay in Old town

We love staying at this property, it’s a nice walk to Old town, campus, and the river trail. It was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back. Has everything we needed, perfect place!

Wonderful Stay

A REAL GEM

Our stay at the Carriage House couldn’t have been more perfect. Location ideal for walking to CSU or Old Town. It was super clean and in a very quiet safe neighborhood. We wish that we could have stayed longer and will most definitely try to stay here again.
