The Space:

This charming vintage cottage sits just 1 mile from Old Town Fort Collins and the CSU campus, making it easy to reach restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and campus events in just minutes. The home is located on Mulberry Street, which is one of the busier roads in Fort Collins. To help ensure a comfortable stay, noise machines are provided in the bedrooms for guests who prefer extra white noise while sleeping.



Originally built in 1909, the home has a lot of historic character and charm. As with many homes of this era, some of the floors are slightly slanted, which is part of the unique personality of this vintage ranch-style property.



The backyard with hot tub and outdoor seating is accessed through the third bedroom. To use the backyard door, the Murphy bed in that room must be folded up, which allows clear access to the door leading outside.
