"We were given a room with a leak in the ceiling right over the toilet. When we complained they said there was nothing they could do and did not offer us another room. We had to use the bathroom in the hallway. The young woman never mad eye contact. We were not allowed a refund because we had booked the room through Expedia. "

"The stay was great once they moved us to another room the first room the room was a little dirty, wrong size room had paid for a king and the changed it and had us in a double without informing me and the adjoining room door handle was missing so it was just a metal rod sticking out and the tv and phone didn’t work, the cable box was missing from the tv so they moved us and the new room was wonderful the hotel could use some updating though"
