"We love this hotel. This is our 3rd time staying. Amenities are wonderful. But the parking situation needs to be improved . Parking is very expensive because of the fact that needs to be paid by hour. "

Some of the staff are not very friendly. There were no complimentary bottles of water provided, not even on the first day, and no information was given about a refill station."

"The only thing I didn’t appreciate was all the children in the pool with very minimal parental supervision on Saturday. The pool should have a kid area roped off and an area just for adults who don’t want to get hit with footballs or splashed. The rooms, staff and outdoor areas were great. "
