We have stayed here several times over the last 18 months and love the location. we have stayed in multiple units as well. A very short walk to beach and restaurants, the Cove farmers market is also walking distance. You can watch boats on the intracoastal all day in the lanai. The complex is smaller and quiet, the condo has everything you need and is clean and nice, I’m sure we will be back soon. Thanks for a great stay!!

Hubby (67yo) and I (61yo) enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the beach. We liked that it was quiet and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. Cleanliness was top notch. Also, my questions to Brampton Park were answered in detail and in a very timely manner.

Deerfield Beach

Excellent small property with beautiful view of the Intercoastal Waterway. Condo is immaculate and decorated nicely. Short/safe walk to restaurants, the beach and pier. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved the location, other guests, relaxed atmosphere, pool area with grill, parking, lanai, kitchen and living area.Best location for walking to the pier , beach and beach walk and restaurants. Loved watching the boats on the intercoastal with natural woods across. Exquisite! When we needed something or had questions received prompt advise and assistance. So appreciated the extra toilet paper , paper towels and trash bags. Also great to have the soap and shower supplies Laundry on both levels and easy to use. The tvs took us a little while to maneuver.The bathroom was small but adequate. Shower pressure not great (I remember Deerfield Beach has something to do with that. )The bedroom has some issues to get used to. The bed sloped when you got in. Had to sleep more towards the middle. The fan made a loud noice on high . Room was 5-7 degrees warmer than the living room. I had to wear a mask . No blackout blinds. It was very quiet. I would gladly stay there again with some bedroom updates.

Great stay

Overall a great property, We stayed for two weeks. The condo is close to everything, able to walk to beach, restaurants, and stores. Kitchen was stocked nicely, clean, they had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. We spent countless hours on the lanai watching the yachts go by. We had one issue with a bad refrigerator, however the response was great and problem was resolved quickly. We are definitely coming back to this property. Thanks for a great time

We have stayed here several times and in multiple units, like I have said in previous reviews, the location is great, condo is clean, well stocked, close to all bars and restaurants. You can watch boats go by all day on the intracoastal if you want. Check in is easy. Thanks again for a great stay. See you again soon
