The hotel was not the cleanest the carpets need a good vacuum, the front desk staff was sniffling and coughing! I had to wipe my cards with sanitizer wipe!! They were nice enough though! The bed was nice and clean and comfortable thankfully! Overall it was ok!

I always stay at the quality and when I'm in Fort McMurray. They literally have the best breakfast included of most hotels with actual porcelain mugs and steel tableware and actual dinner plates. There's an attached pub to the property and the food. There is always good and the service has always been great. Parking is easy. It's conveniently located. I always stay here. The hotel is older but the beds are very comfortable and it's always clean.

Friendly and clean

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is a highlight and very good. Only issue was parking when coming back in the evening. There isn’t any reserved parking for hotel patrons only. The bar patrons take all the parking in the evening.

The staff were so wonderful and family friendly. I travelled solo with my 8 year old and 18 month old. My daughter was having a meltdown as I was trying to check out and get my bags loaded in the car and the 4 ladies who were working immediately jumped in and picked up my daughter and tried to soothe her, while the other ladies grabbed my bags and took them to my car. The kindness and love they showed us was so incredible that I almost cried! The breakfast was really great and had a large variety of food. The housekeeper was so friendly and helpful. I will continue to stay at Quality Inn anytime I am visiting Fort McMurray and will recommend for any friends and family in the future.

Great pet friendly option!

Service was great. Disappointing that the direct rate from the hotel was 50 more per night compared to the quality hotel website, staff advised me to just book online to get the rate offered. They also had no idea what Club63 membership and discount was. Amenities in the area basic and what you need. Convenience for being off the highway. Great option for pet friendly! Had a room that had a patio door into a great pet area out back of the hotel, absolutely fantastic! One negative was that there was no poop bags left in the dispenser and there was dog poop everywhere, it was quite bad and unfortunate the grounds are not cleaned. Unfortunate as well that pet owners can be so irresponsible. The wifi was excellent. The complimentary hot breakfast was AWESOME!
