"Love this resort. The rooms are amazing, the restaurants are great and the staff is very helpful. We went as a group of 10. We played golf onsite which is a great experience and then hit the steakhouse afterward. Shannomn is a gem of a waiter!!! We had hoim both nights. Alos had a blast at the casino. I lov3e they they have Minimum bets that are affordable for all."

"Waited in line to check in while the one front desk person was handling phone problems. It was in the 7pm hour and one person at front. After going out to visit the grandchildren we were trying to get to, we returned in the 11pm hour with no check in line, but 3 staff behind the desk. The morning desk didn’t greet us at all."

"If you are travelling by bicycle, this is the place to stay in Cumberland! You won't be the only cyclist and the staff is very accommodating of bikes, including a bike-cleaning station just outside the hotel. We had fun talking with other cyclists doing the C&O and GAP trails while eating a good free breakfast."

"Staff very helpful and pleasant, rooms clean and very nice stocked well with items. Lack of linens for extra double bed in king suite had to go to front desk for them which was a inconvenience and parking was away from the hotel which is okay if your not an elder as a parking garage located away from hotel making it not comfortable if walking it alone at night not knowing the area . Other than that give the hotel 4 stars."
