"First of all, the staff were beyond helpful...but the rest of the stay was not great. For the price I paid, there are really no amenities: no pool, the lone elevator was out of order, the breakfast was below basic (with no diabetic options except lukewarm coffee and some yogurt), the mattress was worn, as was the bedding, and the room felt damp. It wasn't "bad", but we have had much better, at a much lower price. In summary, I felt overcharged for what I received... I DO want to say how much the morning desk person was helpful in getting us down to the 1st floor, and checking us in early. Highlight of the stay..."

"The home truly felt like a home. It was clean and well appointed. The owners were lovely people. It is clear that they work very hard to keep the property in good order. The surrounding property is a campground and has tons of hookup spaces and they were all very well kept up. It was a beautiful location with an amazing view of the downtown Cumberland. 10 out of 10 will return."

"This house is perfect for what we needed...clean, comfortable, AC, and close access to the South Branch river. Great fire pit on site and the hot tub was perfect for a long day floating the river. Kids enjoyed the darts and putting green. This house has everything we needed and more. David was very responsive to messages. Would definitely rent again."
