"We rented a suite with a loft, and it was perfect for our family. Clean comfortable, charming hotel. Easy walking distance to the Baseball Museum and downtown shops, pretty country, charming town. Would recommend the Railway Inn to anybody."

"I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional."

"We were so impressed by Paul and his kindness and his skills. His breakfasts were beyond delicious and left us full for the better part of the day. The house is gorgeous and the history makes it that more amazing. I know as Paul gets more and more of the renovations done the house will simply be awe inspiring. We couldn't have had a better “first” Bed and Breakfast experience. We recommend this place 100%."
