"What a perfect setting for us ... we so enjoyed the view while making s'mores over the fire. Short 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. Only suggestion is to add a little extra padding to the caboose beds. They are a bit hard."

The location was great for strolling around Little Falls, and also for getting to the local diamond mines and even Cooperstown, which was a fairly short drive away."

"While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch."
