"We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. "Exactly like pictures. Neighbor was awesome and let us use his beach access bc it was much nicer. Perfect location and furnishings. Everything we needed was there. Two downfalls, master bed not good for us. Older and saggy with pocketing. Needed an umbrella for the table outside. Everything else was perfect. "
